Self-Management
Self management doesn't mean going it alone, it means you are in the driving seat, deciding what is right for you. At KICC Active Lothian we offer exercise as a way to self-manage, but we recognise that not everyone can make it to our classes or even wants to exercise. So here are some other self management opportunities in Edinburgh and the Lothians that you might be interested in. Please contact them directly on the details given.
